32 or 64??

Faster, with greater than ~ 3.2 GB ram usage out-the box. If you start with 64 bit, you have the option to run 32 bit applications if you want. If you start 32 bit you don't. Really, there are IMHO *zero* reasons for not going with 64 bit installations these days, when your hardware supports it.
