Virtualbox 64bit? (was 32 or 64??)

I'm not exactly sure what you mean here.  I have XP running in 
Virtualbox on my 32bit Ubuntu.  Rather than using the XP cd to install 
it in Virtualbox on the 64bit machine I thought I could import the setup 
I have on the 32bit machine into the 64bit Virtualbox.  I don't know 
enough about Virtualbox to know if the type of guest OS makes a 
difference.  Any guidenece would be appreciated.
