twitter apps stop working, IBUS issue ?

Having problems with both gtwitter and twitux. Used to use twitux with
no problems then unable to connect. Starting on the command line I get
:


(twitux:2705): IBUS-WARNING **: Connect to
unix:abstract=/tmp/dbus-heu2Ugk8ac,guid=6801a85daad31616e3b3c1124b351815
failed: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-heu2Ugk8ac: Connection
refused.
dave at main-system:~$


And starting gtwitter on the command line I get :


(/usr/lib/gtwitter/gtwitter.exe:2733): GLib-WARNING **:
g_set_prgname() called multiple times

(/usr/lib/gtwitter/gtwitter.exe:2733): IBUS-WARNING **: Connect to
unix:abstract=/tmp/dbus-heu2Ugk8ac,guid=6801a85daad31616e3b3c1124b351815
failed: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-heu2Ugk8ac: Connection
refused.


So I am thinking this is not a gtwitter or twitux issue but some IBUS
? issue, can anybody point me in the right direction ? Miss the
tweeting :)
