I am not sure what you are asking here. Did you install Ubuntu on a 10
GB partition? And now you want to increase the size of the partition?

Take a look at System → Administration → Partition editor
(translated from Swedish, so the exact words may be somewhat
different, like System → Administration → GParted or something like
that).
