Thanks. I just logged out and logged back in and now it does seem to
remember.
Odd about my keyboard not working on the login screen. I unplugged and
plugged it in and it started to work -- so maybe that's a USB issue marc
noted.
The notification window is now placed lower on the screen. Funny how that
bugs me where the old one didn't. Maybe just getting used to it.
It is impressive how well things actually do work.
