Small Application that can track Bandwidth Usage from my Home Laptop

Thanks Amedee,

I tried rebooting the PC and observing whether Vnstat had started 
collected statistics , It did start the collection. Hence no 
initialization script was required for it to start when ubuntu starts 
up. Thanks again.
