Jeesh. Why so hostile Robert? Obviously Arvind used LinkedIn's automated
service to invite his address book and clearly had the Ubuntu list as an
address book entry. Honest mistake no doubt. Or maybe he genuinely did want
to invite all 857 Gazillion Ubuntu list members to be in his LinkedIn
network. Either way, all you had to do was ignore or delete the email as
I'm sure you do to hundreds of other threads that are of no interest to
you. If you're not a member of LinkedIn, I would encourage you to join. It
really is the best/most useful network site and has garnered quite a lot of
respect amongst professionals.
