Looking for web task list software that one can point to with URLs

I would do that in Drupal, but only because I already have a running
Drupal instance and I use it for a lot of other things. It may be a bit of
overkill for you.

Perhaps Tadalist? It's not exactly what you described, but take a look
anyway.
