Weeding out Duplicate files in Hardy Heron 8.04

Are you sure the songs are duplicated? Some music-organising tools
organise your music into various categories, and one item may end up in
several categories.

Check carefully before you start deleting things.

Do the items have identical names, or do you have the same songs under
different file names?
