Problem installing ns2 in ubuntu 9.04

Dear all,

Earlier got into few issues which said, ns2 installation error can't find X
includes otcl-1.13 configuration failed! Exiting ...

but this link helped me to move to next step.

Now that i have installed the libxt-dev modules and ran the ./.install again
i got these failures, would be great if somebody could help me with this
