I agree that 9.04 is the best for the Mobile Broadband using USB modem, 
whether it is HuaWei or Option modem I have.
The 9.10 is buggy, many bugs were already registered in the launchpad 
related with it. Until today, the problem is still persisting.
The practical move for layman user is........... back to 9.04
