HowTo Bind Ubuntu Karmic ->Ldap-Server

Hi,
after reading some manuals and HowTo's i find out, that binding an 
Ubuntu Client running Karmic is different from other Ubuntu versions. 
Especially there was a big change from Feisty to Gutsy , and there is 
also a change from 9.04 to 9.10. I think, it depends on the 
AuthClientConfig-Script!?

Has someone a link to an HowTo, which explains how to bind an Ubuntu 
9.10 Client to an LDAP Server (in my case an Debian etch server)
