How to completely disable suspend?

Hello,

My laptop (acer) is known to have trouble to wake up from suspend (it
reboots instead). So I have disabled suspend in where ever I could find
a setting for that in screen-saver energy-management configurations. But
still, every now and then it falls into suspend for some reason or the
other. So I'm looking for a way to completely disable suspend, maybe
by "aptitude remove <some-package>" or something.

Any hints?
