yes - for more experienced users a command line is better. However, 
given the number miss configurations (and tech problems) due to a lack 
of a better understanding of command line, gui is the place to start to 
understand what packages are available and which to install. That is - 
until such time that the user (or future admin) has a good understanding 
of command line operations.
