New Forthcoming Ubuntu Manual and List Abuse Suggestion

Hello-

I read recently the next version of Ubuntu will include a newbie manual.  I
am not sure of the details but it would be an excellent place to include
instructions on how to use the list.  Does anyone have a contact point that
I could send this suggestion to?  Since it a community based manual it
should not be to hard to include a page or two of list use instructions.
