man 8 computer-janitor: "clean up a system installation. Description: 
computer-janitor and computer-janitor-gtk find and remove cruft from your 
system. Cruft is anything that should not be  on the system, but is..."

An old kernel is no cruft. Many users need old kernels (for example for 
experimenting or for fall-back). The intelligence of Computer Janitor is 
not sufficient to discern these and those operators and their needs.
