Is there any clear manual for domain network between linux and windows (not a workgroup) ?

Does this mean you want to run the Linux system and the Windows system 
under the same Microsoft Active Directory domain? If that is the case, 
then Samba (with winbind) being run in the Linux system is the answer.
With Samba, you will also have the option to make a Linux system to be a 
Primary Domain Controller in a Microsoft Active Directory domain.
