Indeed, Unfortunately these brush fires need to burn themselves out.  I am always amazed and saddened at the things that people will say "anonymously" on an elist that they would not say face to face, either from manners or the risk of a dangerous confrontation.

You might consider filtering the thread. (Problematic when the subject changes I admit).

Agreed again.  And this list is often very good when people behave as though they are talking to their grandmother.
