Yes and they are for a great many of us.  We only hear anything at  from 
either of them if someone else quotes 'em.  I really can't see that anything 
at all is "going on here"!!  Failure to follow the rules tends to get one 
filtered to trash in a hurry on a high volume list.  People just don't have 
the time for foolishness.
