Start a thread about it.  Snip all the extra text that doesn't relate
to your problem.  Start a /specific/ thread about it.  Don't hijack the
digest form to ask a new question.  Start a /new/ thread about it.  Use
a subject line that means something about your specific problem.
Start a /targeted/ thread about it.  Post at the bottom, not the top
when you start a /new, specific, targeted/ thread about your problem.

Then you will probably get responses that actually help.
