In case it wasn't clear from the other answers, I'll point out that the 
server edition uses the same packages as the Desktop version.. it's just 
simply a different default set you start with and some more server 
oriented configuration.  With a bit of elbow grease, you can add all the 
desktop 'features' to server edition, and vice versa.
