	I'd have to check the list archives to be sure, but....

	From what I've gathered & understand (from recent list messages) this 
list isn't strictly moderated; but if there is sufficient complaints to 
the list owners/managers, and evidence to back it up, they will start 
(or have started) to place the offenders on a moderate list (all 
messages from them to the list must be manually approved).

	Of course, one of the list admins could always pop in with the correct 
answer....
