WikiPedia.org - only domain that won't come up

Strangely for the last many weeks, WikiPedia.org rarely will come up,
usually failing DNS lookup.  If it does come up, it loads painfully slow or
stalls.  I am thinking this is either a DNS problem in my system or ISP.
[DNS 68.87.85.102 68.87.69.150]  I have reported this issue to WikiMedia and
Comcast with no response.

What other things can I do to correct this problem?
