can not edit network-admin

I'm sorry I did not put 2 and 2 together.  You say you are running 
network-admin from console, which probably means you are trying to 
execute this remotely over ssh?  If yes, that changes.. umm, everything.

The quick way to get working, from console, type sudo -s to get the root 
prompt (# instead of $)

then run ck-launch-session
then run network-admin

And it should be unlocked.

I'm sorry, I forgot what hoops I had to jump through to make this work 
without opening the root command prompt.
