Alan Pope already told you the solution to your problem:

If you follow that link you should find the comment which mentions the 
possibility to link firmware to firmware.sh. And as you probably have no 
idea what that means, here is the command:

sudo ln -s /lib/udev/firmware /lib/udev/firmware.sh

Then the command

sudo dpkg --configure -a

should work.
