I’m not sure all those quotes a required, IIRC it should look more like:-

set imap_user="magick.crow at gmail.com"
set imap_pass="aoeuaoeuaou&^#*&^#@$"
set spoolfile=imaps://imap.gmail.com:993/INBOX
set folder=imaps://imap.gmail.com:993
set record=imaps://imap.gmail.com/[Gmail]/Sent%20Mail
set postponed=imaps://imap.gmail.com/[Gmail]/Drafts
set header_cache=~/.mutt/cache/headers
set message_cachedir=~/.mutt/cache/bodies
set certificate_file=~/.mutt/certificates

and you appear to be missing:-

set smtp_url="smtps://contactvictorg\@gmail.com@smtp.gmail.com/"

I may of course be completely wrong as I’m doing this from some rather  
scruffy notes.
