Well, its probably a flash video then. html5 videos will show a
normal, non-flash menu when right clicked, eg 'Inspect Element', etc.

First, you need to enroll in the html 5 beta on youtube. Then not all
videos are html5. So you will randomly hit non-html5 and html5 as you
move around youtube. And if not html5, you will be served normal
flash. You can search on html5 to find those.

If still having trouble, try the w32codecs package. I think that is
what has the proper codec on my system.
