Edit your /boot/grub/menu.lst and change the order of the entries there

Don't for get to (A) make a backup of this file first and (B) make
sure you have a live CD to hand so you can boot off of it and restore
your backup OR (I'm a grub n00b) work out how to do it via the grub
input ;)
