Technical support, not general discussions (Was: basic)

I'm extremely disappointed in the behavior of certain individuals on
this list.  Their anti-newbie behavior perpetuates a long standing
myth about the Linux Community which we desperately need to eradicate.

Until these problem individuals are removed this list will continue to
be a hostile environment.  I'm tired of the way new users are being
treated on this list.

Patton, we can't just drop it, because we ALL know it will happen
again and again and again.  This crap must stop.
