No viruses. Having used DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, 
Windows 2000, Windows XP, various Linux distributions over the years and 
Mac OS X, I don't see anything particularly MORE comfortable in one 
operating system over another except maybe having or not having to deal 
with viruses. If you are familiar, fine, if not, you have a learning 
curve which goes for any of them if you are new to it.
