Just to be absolutely crystal clear; are you asking how to:

- Resize the existing Ubuntu partition *and* in the process remove Win7
so that you can use the entire disk for Ubuntu?
- Or, are you wishing to keep Win7 so that you can still dual-boot Win7
and Ubuntu?
