NTFS filesystem recovery

Hi,
 
I had Windows Vista and NTFS file system. Now I have installed the UBUNTU 9.10 but unknowingly i have selected "erase hard disk and format ext filesystem" option.
 
Please let me know how i can recover my data which was in NTFS filesystem.
 
Any link to software/utility would be highly appreciated.
