Xrdp crashes

I have installed xrdp on a 10.04 machine using apt. It seems to sort of
work, but it crashes _a lot_. I am wondering if anyone has gotten this
working reliably?

This really looks like the optimim solution for me, if I can get it workig.
I need to llow Windows suers to access an Ubuntu machine, in such a fashion
that they can log in as one of several users, from thier Windows machines.
In a perfect world these suers would not have to add any additonal
packages, such as VNC, to thier Windows machines.
