>From the sound of it, if would appear that you have switched from one
theme to another. To undo it, you will need to selects "Tools", and then
"Add-ons". If it isn't already selected, then select "Themes".

If the theme that you want is already selected, then it probably means
that you got by some annoying glitch. The only I way I know for clearing
that kind of glitch to first select and use another theme.  After which
you can reselect the theme you actually want to be using.
