i think this 200MB lost is due to 1KB=1000Byte is not true. Really 
1KB=1024Bytes,
same 1MBnot=1000KB, it's =1024KB

  so, when we count up to 8000000KB, there is some quantyty is missing, 
because of difference in binary and decimal systems..
