I know you don't seem to want a SPICE-like program, even tho you don't
_have to_ do any analysis. So, what about an AutoCad clone, like QCad?
You make your own symbols once, and then paste them in where you want
them. I used to do some schematics, and a lot of pcb design using
AutoCad LT. You can make symbols that don't occur on many pre-built
programs--like symbols for microwave circuits.
