Yes, but as I keep trying to emphasise I don't want anything oriented
towards PCB design.  I want something that is optimised for simply
*drawing a circuit/schematic*, most of the suggested programs here are
for circuit design so they *aren't* aimed at simply making it easy to
draw a circuit.
