Ah yes, there should be a prize issued for successfully and completely
reading some equipment manuals that were crudely translated from an
oriental language by a non-English speaker.

(And I do admit it would be nice if we blighted Americans were to adopt
metric measurements. But, do remember, Hertz rents cars. Cycles per
second measures frequency.)
