Struggling with OpenOffice database

Thanks N00p, I've been that route and just didn't "get it". What I found
fro the videos is that using the "wizard" wouldn't cut it and to get
what I need, I have to go the manual creation of reports/front-ends to
the database. I found knoda to be a LOT more intuitive to use for
setting and editing my table, than OO. But I couldn't master knoda's
report creator, from scratch. What I love about those videos is that the
author struggles at times getting something to work, just as a normal
user does. But, he'll plug away until he gets his demo straight. He's
good example to follow, he doesn't give up. I just love that... he's a
human being. Ric
