The 10.04 version does, so I'd assume 10.10 does, too. Some applications
aren't available, but I got the 64 bit and had been using it for quite
some time before I realized. It certainly enlightened me as to why some
programs weren't available. (WUBI Installer makes an automatic selection
based on your machine, and it's easy to overlook.)
