Thats not true. You can have as many user sessions running as you want,
they just all have to choose different 'displays'. i.e. when starting a
session on the remote machine.

I agree though, if you don't want the users to have to start their own
sessions by hand, as above, then something like ltsp is more
appropriate. NX is also nice, although the free version limits the
number of users to 2 per machine, which might not be enough for you.
