Preferred Download Method for Downloading ISO Image

Hi

As per http://releases.ubuntu.com/ which is the preferred method to download
any .iso file and any specific reason to use any of the below mentioned
method.

jigdo or zsync or torrent or metalink

Please guide/suggest further.
