Evolution not able to connect to MS exchange

Good day Michael,

I did manage to achieve a partial solution, but it only works from
within the corporate network, not from outside.

I went into webmail and found the mailbox server name (click 'options',
then 'about' in the left pane), then I managed to connect using that as
the server and 'Exchange MAPI' as the server type.

I am still using outlook web access from home because I haven't figured
out a way of getting Evolution to connect via web access, which is
strange because Firefox doesn't have a problem.
