8.04 to 10.04 dist upgrade

I has 2 computers with 08.04 LTS so the one I did not use as much I
tried as a test case. It went without a hitch.

The only nit was it takes awhile, and stopped in the middle of the
upgrade to ask me to confirm something. I was not sitting there watching
it the whole time so I don't know how long it just sat there, stopped,
waiting for a keyboard input.
