No Karl, that is a "conjunction" and requires an "'" as in "You're"
which equals "You are". "Your" is possessive case I dimly recall, as in
"your toys". "You are" (or you're) is definitive, as in "You're
butchering the English language" <chuckles> I'm sure I'll get corrected
too. But I am (I'm) old as #$%^ and cannot (can't) be held strictly
