Workgroup Printer suggestions

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good work group printer. It 
has to be able to take postscript and pcl, it must be able to duplex and 
to be given tray selection commands.

I currently have a HP4250 which pretends to speak Postscript. It will 
not except duplexing, orientation or tray commands for the CUPS/lpr 
command line with a postscript file. It at least does all these things 
with embedded PCL commands.  However as it is dying I would like to find 
a printer that handles postscript better.
