Confirmed dead on the 13th, August 2010. There will be no OpenSolaris 
2010.05 release, no more OpenSolaris binary releases. You want something 
OpenSolaris, you will have to hope the Iluminos project takes off.

with binary drivers whether license wise or forward porting (in fact, no 
forward porting necessary).
