Ubuntu or Red-Hat for servers?

RHEL's pretty out of date when it comes to PHP stack until you start
using EPEL. Hopefully RHEL6 will bring some of the up to date stuff
into the distribution. Still, most beancounters will prefer RHEL/SLES
against Ubuntu server just because they recognise the name before they
sign off the support contract. In my work most of the installations
are RHEL with Oracle so no chance of having Ubuntu Servers anywhere
and I'm not sure I want one with Oracle before Oracle signs off a
piece of paper.
