It's a hard thing for me because it's not entirely in my past yet.
You'd have to actually talk to me, ask me why it bothers me. Instead
of turning on the offense, you would have to ask my why that word
might cause me feel rather shitty about myself. Though, I'm completely
aware that other humans are nearly incapable of sympathy and
compassion for people they don't particularly like. It's perfectly
fine, before I was just asking a favor, now I don't particularly care.
