Uncomment the below lines from your sources file using vi/nano/ex

d-_-b iamme :& ru @ ~ $ grep partner /etc/apt/sources.list

# deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu karmic partner
d-_-b iamme :& ru @ ~ $

then run the command as mentioned in the blog
